Gunshot difficulty standards
Gunshots work on a percentile roll under system. Or in other words the number I list here is the percentage chance you have of making the shot and you have to roll that number or smaller to make the shot.
100 – A skilled gunman with a weapon he is familiar with at point blank range.
75 – A semi-skilled gunman with an automatic weapon at medium range with targets that have light cover
50 – An unskilled gunman at medium range with a hand weapon.
25 – A skilled gunman at a range longer than the gun is accurate to.
1 – A skilled gunman at a range longer than the gun is accurate to, in poor visibility, during an earthquake.
